Entries will be judged on originality and composition depicting the theme of the category. QUALIFYING EXHIBITOR OR PARTICIPANT MUST BE A FREDERICKTOWN SCHOOL DISTRICT RESIDENT WHO PHYSICALLY LIVES WITHIN THE DISTRICT OR CURRENTLY ATTENDS FREDERICKTOWN SCHOOLS. All entries must have been photographed by the entrant. Amateurs only, no professional or semi-professional photographers. No frames or mattings will be accepted. Entries are to be 5" x 7" mounted on 8" x 10" hard cardboard surface or mounting stock, (not colored paper or stock). No mattings wil be accepted.
